Give thanks to the Lord for He is good; His love endures forever. 1 Chronicles 16:34

We are so excited to announce that the feeding center has been completed and is now being used! This project started last spring and many men from our community have labored to bring it to life.

Our first event in the new building was a birthday/graduation party for Yolanda Blandino, one of the church's most dedicated teachers. All of her friends put their money together to buy her a new bicycle. She lives several miles from the church and spends hours a day walking back and forth on the muddy roads. It was a very special night for all of us.

27 English students and 40 students from the Arts and Crafts classes which meet  on Saturdays participated in a graduation ceremony on November 19. They all worked so hard this year and learned so much! It was a special day because we invited their families to attend the ceremony and we had the chance to tell them about Jesus. Most of our Saturday students do not attend church or believe and come from very broken homes. Our purpose with these classes is both education and outreach. Please pray for these young people as they struggle to determine what it is that they believe for themselves.

On November 20, the whole church packed into the back of several fruit trucks and journeyed down south to El Menco. All three of the church plants from Iglesia Bethania were present as well: San Antonio, San Marcos, and El Menco.

5 people from Bethania were baptized, including Cory's students Josue, Victor, and Carlos. 1 person from El Menco was baptized as well. We brought a picnic lunch and swam and played on the beautiful beach there afterwards.

Give The Gift of Christmas!

Be a part of something special this year and help us buy toys for children in our community. For most of these children, this will be the only present they receive for Christmas and possibly the first "new" toy ever. We also want to bless the elderly couples in our church with a food basket so they can supplement their usual diet of beans and rice with a roast chicken and something sweet too.

Click here partner with us on this project!
